400g soaked whole masoor (soak 200g whole masoor ver night), 3 medium/250g onion chopped, medium/150g fresh tomato chopped, Suhana Akkha Masoor Masala 50g, 5 cups/100 ml water, 6 tbsp oil.
How to use/cook:
Heat oil n a pressure cooker add onions and saute for 6-7 minutes on medium flame till golden brown. Add tomatoes mix well and continues sauteing for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add soaked whole masoor mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add water mix well and pressure cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes or 6-8 whistles on medium low flame till done. You can also add little water as per your required texture/consistency.
You can also add ginger garlic paste, 250g raw onion paste instead of chopped onions
