75g Cauliflower, cut into florets
75g Green peas
1 medium carrot, cut into cubes
1 medium potato, cut into cubes
2 medium/ 100g tomato purée
80g Suhana Veg Kolhapuri Mix
4 tbsp oil
2 ½ cup/ 500ml water
How to use/cook:
Blanch all the cut vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Make a paste of Suhana Veg Kolhapuri Mix with ½ cup of water.
Heat oil in a pan, add tomato purée and cook till the oil oozes out.
Add paste, vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Make hot and spicy chicken or mutton kolhapuri with Suhana Veg Kolhapuri mix.
