1 Cup/150g green pease blanched, 50g Suhana Mutter Methi Malai Mix, 2 1/2 cups/500 ml milk, 3 tbsp butter
How to use/cook:
Mix all kofta ingrediant and make 10-12 kofta balls, fry till golden brown. Make a paste of Suhana Shahi Malai Kofta Mix with 1/2 cup milk. Heat pan, add paste and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add remaining milk and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes or till the gravy thickness. Just before serving add Koftas, butter and simmer for another minute and serve hot.
Use 250g minced chicken/mutton to make meat koftas instead of veg koftas
