Suhana Anda/Egg Bhurji Spice Mix – the perfect mix for an easy-to-make Indian egg/anda bhurji.

Ingredients Required:-

• 4 No of Eggs
• 2 small/100g chopped tomato
• 2 medium/150g chopped onion
• 1 medium/3.5 gram chopped green chilly
• 3 tbsp oil
• For garnishing 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

How To Cook:-

• Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes till light golden brown
• Add tomato, green chilly and saute for 4-5 minutes till oil oozes out
• Add Suhana Egg/Anda Bhurji Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame
• Add eggs, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins or till done
• Garnish with coriander. Serve piping hot with Indian bread such as parathas or naan
