Suhana Modak Peeth 500g Pouch

How  To Cook:-

  • Take 1 cup / 200ml water in a pan, add 1 tsp ghee, and heat till it starts boiling. Lower the flame.
  • Add 1 cup / 130g Suhana Modak Peeth mix properly. Remove entire contents to a plate and knead to make a soft dough without lumps (use warm water if require)
  • Take a small ball and flatten it with your fingers to make a round disc or a shallow bowl shape
  • Place desire modak filling in center and close all the edges to make modak
  • Steam them for 10 minutes. Serve them hot with Suhana Pure Ghee
