Entire packet of Suhana Medu Wada Vada Mix, 1cup/200ml water, oil for frying
How to use/cook:
Add 200ml water to Suhana Medu Wada Mix to form soft dough and set aside for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 16-18 equal parts. Place each part on slightly wet palm and mould into a donut shape. Deep fry the medu wada on medium ow flame until golden brown. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
