Entire packet of Suhana Rava Dosa Mix, 1 big/80g onion chopped, 4 cups/800ml water, 1/2cup/100g beaten, oil for roasting
How to use/cook:
Add 800ml water and 100g curd to Suhana Rava Dosa Mix. Stir well to make a batter and set aside for 10 minutes. (If you do not have curd, replace it with 1 cup/200ml water). Add chopped onion to the batter, Mix well. Spred sufficient batter rapidly on hot non stick tava/griddle from center to outward edge of tava in circular motion to get thin Rava Dosa. Add 1 tbsp oil over the dosa. Roast till golden brown. Flip the dosa over and roast the other side for a minute. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
