Entire packet of Suhana rice idli mix , 1 cup/200ml water, 1/2 cup/100g curd, beaten, oil for greasing
How to use/cook:
Add 200ml water and 100g curd to Suhana Rice Idli Mix to make a smooth batter. Set aside for 5 minutes. (If you do not have curd, replace it with 1/4 cup/50ml water.)Slightly grease the idli moulds with oil and pour batter.Steam for 15 minutes or till done. Serve hot with Sambar and coconut chutney.
