“Hunan” cuisine from China is well known for its hot spicy flavour, fresh aroma, and deep colour. Paneer Chilli Gravy Ready Mix is a dish particular to Indo-Chinese restaurants in India. A truly global taste with an Indian twist.

Ingredients Required:-

• 150g paneer (cottage cheese) cut into 1″ rectangular pieces
• 1 Medium capsicum and 1 medium onion diced
• 1 medium carrot cut into slice
• The entire packet of Suhana ready-to-cook Paneer Chilli Ready Mix
• 2 tbsp oil, 2 1/2 cup / 450ml water

How To Cook:-

• Heat oil in a pan, add cut vegetables, and saute for a minute
• Add water and Suhana ready-to-eat Paneer Chilli Ready Mix, stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes
• Add paneer and cook for 2 minutes or till the sauce thickens
• Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
