Entire packet of Suhana Khaman Dhokla Mix 200g, 5 tbsp oil, 1 cup/200 ml water, for tempering 1 tsp mustard, fresh curry leaves
How to use/cook:
Add 4 tbsp oil oil to 200ml water. Pour the mixture in Suhana Khaman Dhokla Mix and gently mix to form smoother batter without lumps. Grease baking plates/trays with little oil. Pour the batter in the oil greased plate evenlly. Steam for 15-20 minutes or till done. Remove and allow to cool for 10 mins & cut into small cubes. Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves . Garnish with corainder and grated coconut.
