Entire packet of Suhana Rava Idli Mix 200g, 1 1/2 cup/300 curd, beaten; 1/2 cup/100 ml water, Oil for greasing.
How to use/cook:
Add half cup/100g curd and water to Suhana Rava Idli Mix. Mix well and set aside for 1 minute.Add remaining 1 cup/200g curd to make a smooth batter. Mix well and set aside for 2 minutes. (If you do not have curd, replace it with 170ml /1 cup water). Slightly grease the idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter in moulds and steam for 15-20 minutes or till done. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
