Ingrediants:

Semolina (67%), Black gram dal, hyderogeneted vegetable fat, bengal gram dal, edible common salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), aidity regulator (citrix acid), cashew nuts, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry ginger, fenugreek seed powder, asafoetida, hydrogeneted vegetable fat used contains trans fat.

Ingrediants required:

Entire packet of Suhana Rava Idli Mix 200g, 1 1/2 cup/300 curd, beaten; 1/2 cup/100 ml water, Oil for greasing.

How to use/cook:

Add half cup/100g curd and water to Suhana Rava Idli Mix. Mix well and set aside for 1 minute.Add remaining 1 cup/200g curd to make a smooth batter. Mix well and set aside for 2 minutes. (If you do not have curd, replace it with 170ml /1 cup water). Slightly grease the idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter in moulds and steam for 15-20 minutes or till done. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
