Ingredients Required:-

  • 2 tablespoons of any refined oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-inch grated ginger or juliennes
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 cup of diced carrots, peas, potatoes, cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon Suhana Kitchen King Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh chopped coriander for garnish
  • Heat oil in a kadhai over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent. You can also fry these until golden brown and add to the gravy in the end.
  • Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilli. Sauté till the raw smell vanishes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and wait for these to turn mushy.
  • Add the diced mixed vegetables to the onion-tomato mixture and coat the veggies.
  • Sprinkle Suhana Kitchen King Masala, turmeric powder, coriander, cumin, and salt over the vegetables. Mix it well and add a little sugar to enhance the taste.
  • Pour water and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and let the curry simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables added are tender.
  • If the curry is thick, add water and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice, roti and any Indian bread of your choice. Before serving, garnish the curry with coriander leaves.

Extra tip: If you like Suhana Kitchen King masala, add more to the gravy, after frying some in ghee.
