Ingredients Required:-

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon Suhana Super Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

How To Cook Suhana Super Garam Masala in 15 minutes:-

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and Suhana Super Garam Masala. Cook until tomatoes soften.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and diced potatoes. Mix well to coat them with the spices. Season with salt and sprinkle a little water. Cover and cook on medium-low heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
