Typically made in Kadhai - this spicy vegetable or chicken preparation is said to be originated from the northern frontier & is now a restaurant staple across the country. Kadai is a reddish-brown, onion, and tomato-based semi-dry preparation spiced up to perfection. Indulge yourself to experience the ultimate Kadai taste with Suhana Vegetable Kadai Mix.

Ingredients Required:-

  • 1/2 cup/150g paneer cut into 1'' cubes. 1 large/80g onion, cut into cubes
  • 2 medium/150g fresh tomato chopped
  • 1 medium/50g green capsicum cut into cubes
  • 50g french beans chopped & blanched
  • 50g cauliflower florets blanched.
  • The entire packet of Suhana Vegetable Kadhai Mix
  • 2 tbsp oil. 2 tbsp/30g butter
  • 1 1/2 cup/300ml water
  • For garnishing 1 tbsp fresh cream

How To Cook:-

  • Make a paste of Suhana Vegetable Kadai Mix with 100ml water
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add tomatoes, and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out
  • Add the paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes
  • Add remaining water and cook for 3-4 till the gravy starts thickening, and keep aside
  • Heat 2 tbsp butter in another pan
  • Add onion and saute for a minute followed by the addition of capsicum, french beans, cauliflower, paneer and cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add the above gravy, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes till gravy thickness
  • Garnish with a dollop of cream or butter
  • Serve piping hot with garlic naans.
